For You

For you,

I have laid my heart on the table,

Watered all the cruel parts,

Gave them a seat at the table.

I stop feeling the shame

That disappears

In my river of body,

Loose at sea,

Emulating life.

For you,

I recuperate.

I believe, I give away,

I hope, I embody,

I receive,

I am brave.

I cease to exist.

There are no pieces for collection.

Insides turned out,

There is nothing left of me now.

Non-generative flesh.

But for you,

I give to you as I am.
